In-person and on Instagram Live @parsonsdance Ages Ages 13+Experience Level All experience levels This class will provide you with the tools to improve muscular flexibility, increase range of motion, and stretch safely and effectively. Through a combination of techniques, you’ll learn how to tailor your stretching routine to meet specific demands of your sport or dance style!

Beginning Ballet B

Beginning Ballet emphasizes proper placement, developing strength, building endurance, and increasing flexibility through center and across-the-floor exercises. Please note there is no difference in curriculum for Beginning Ballet A and B.

Pre-Ballet B

Pre-Ballet focuses on the fundamentals of ballet technique. The class emphasizes proper placement, vocabulary, etiquette, and may include ballet-based storytelling through movement. Please note there is no difference in curriculum for Pre-Ballet A and B.
