Nancy has been a resident of Lake Placid for more than 10 years, and a summer resident all her life. She served on the LPCA Advisory Council prior to joining the Board of Directors. Nancy graduated from the University of Michigan, and worked as a teacher and a veterinary technician, before opening her own retail shop in Weston, MA. Nancy’s work for non-profit organizations includes serving on the Board of Directors of the Massachusetts Audubon Wildlife Care, North Country SPCA, Adirondack Museum, Lake Placid Sinfonietta Advisory Council and the Garden clubs of Weston and Lake Placid. Nancy is an ardent champion of animals and of the arts.
