About the Instructor
Lauren McGovern is a teacher at North Country School, a boarding and day school for students in grades 4-9, in Lake Placid where the arts are revered. She has her own jewelry business, called Beads from the Barn, featuring fused glass and metal clay designs. Her work is found at the Jay (NY) Craft Center and the LPCA’s Gallery46 on Main Street in Lake Placid.
