Adele is a founder and the former CEO (retired) of the advertising agency Adworkshop. She is a founding executive board member of Point Positive, Inc., an angel investment group fostering the entrepreneurial ecosystem of the Adirondacks. Adele serves on the executive board of the Lake Placid Education Foundation, is a board member with the Lake Placid Land Conservancy, and is a past chair and longtime board member of the Adirondack Foundation. Adele is a full time resident of the Adirondacks.
