From Oct 7 – 12, NYC-based Flamenco Vivo Carlotta Santana returns to the LPCA for a one-week residency to prepare their students for the Flamenco Certamen USA 2022 Finals. LPCA audiences will remember Flamenco Vivo Carlotta Santana from their spectacular April 2022 performance on the Main Stage!
At the Certamen USA Finals, nine rising artists from across the U.S. will showcase their work and have the opportunity to win cash and scholarships to study in Spain. While in Lake Placid, students will be immersed in classes, sessions with esteemed mentors and work with musicians. At the final competition, Finalists will be evaluated on their performance in their category by a panel of professional artists.
