School Day Matinee Series

A weekday performance series designed to introduce students of all ages to the performing arts

Expanding minds and enhancing creativity through the performing arts

The School Day Matinees are designed with students in mind. We welcome public, private, charter and home schools only at these performances.

Please note that these shows are not open to the general public and all tickets must be reserved in advance. We encourage teachers to reserve early as some shows do sell out! Contact tara@lakeplacidarts.org

The LPCA gratefully acknowledges Mr. & Mrs. John Taylor for being an underwriter of the School Day Matinee Series.

Performance Study Guide Information

When the performing company or artist provides us with Study Guides, we provide a link on our website under the information about the particular show. That way, everyone who will be attending can have easy access to these performance enhancements. We will try to have the links up on our website at least one month prior to the performance date. If no Study Guide is provided by the company or artist, no link will be showing. We encourage everyone attending the shows to utilize these resources so that you are better prepared for the performance.
