School Day Matinee Series

A weekday performance series designed to introduce students of all ages to the performing arts

Expanding minds and enhancing creativity through the performing arts

The School Day Matinees are weekday matinees designed with students in mind. We welcome public, private, charter and home schools, as well as the general public at these performances.

We encourage teachers and parents to make group reservations early as some of the shows do sell out! To reserve your tickets, contact our Box Office at 518.523.2512 or email us with your school name, contact person and number of tickets needed.

The LPCA gratefully acknowledges Mr. & Mrs. John Taylor for being an underwriter of the School Day Matinee Series

Performance Study Guide Information

When the performing company or artist provides us with Study Guides, we provide a link on our website under the information about the particular show. That way, everyone who will be attending can have easy access to these performance enhancements. We will try to have the links up on our website at least one month prior to the performance date. If no Study Guide is provided by the company or artist, no link will be showing. We encourage everyone attending the shows to utilize these resources so that you are better prepared for the performance.
