NYFA's Director of Awards and Grants, Mark Rossier, will be presenting on grants available at NYFA for individual artists across New York state. Mark will focus on their upcoming cycle of the NYSCA/NYFA Artist Fellowship and also touch on the The NYC Women's Fund for Media, Music and Theatre, while giving insight into other resources available to artists through the organization.

The NYSCA/NYFA Artist Fellowship is a cash grant of $7,000 awarded to over 80 artists each year. This Fellowship is not a specific project grant, but are intended to fund an artist's voice.
This upcoming 2020 cycle of the NYSCA/NYFA Artist Fellowship will accept applications in the following disciplines:
- Digital/Electronic Arts
- Nonfiction Literature
- Printmaking/Drawing/Book Arts
If you are interested in applying and want to learn more about the programs at NYFA, Mark will explain the guidelines and application process, and answer any individual questions you might have.
