Socially-Distanced Away with Clay (& Crafts!) with Brooke Noble

 

  • Dates: August 18-21 & 24 (Tuesday - Friday plus Monday)

  • Ages: 8-14

  • Camp Fee: $115

  • Location: Ceramics Studio

  • Time: Morning Session - 9:30am - 12pm | Afternoon Session - 1:00-3:30pm

  • Class Size: 10

Clay may come from the earth, but the sky's the limit in this art camp! From sensational sculptures to functional pottery and more, there is no limit to the mess of fun kids will have. Tiles, animals, masks, coil patterned dishes & extruded artifacts are just some of the projects kids may explore. Finished pieces will be teaming with textures and creativity!

Please note that students will need to commit to camp no later than one week before camp begins. Registration will close for Away with Clay (& Crafts!) on Tuesday, August 11 at 9am.

Cancellation Policy

• Contact us at least 6 business days before the camp start date, and we will refund the cost of the program minus a 15% enrollment fee.
• Contact us 5 business days or less before the camp start date, and we will offer class credit only.

For the safety of our community and staff members, summer camps have been designed for participants who have been in the area for 14 consecutive days prior to class. If you have any questions on this prerequisite, please contact Tara directly at tara@lakeplacidarts.org.

Lake Placid Center for the Arts

The Lake Placid Center for the Arts is a year-round performing and visual Arts Facility.  Located in the Adirondack Park of Northern New York, the LPCA consistently presents arts of the highest caliber in music, dance and theatre performances, film exhibitions and visual arts presentations. 

In addition, the Arts Center provides special arts-in education programs, workshops and residencies for aspiring and renowned artists.

The Arts Center is the home of the Lake Placid School of Ballet, LPCA Children's Theatre, Community Theatre Players, as well as the Summer home of the Lake Placid Sinfonietta.
