Glass Bead Jewelry Making Workshop:
(no experience needed, ages 13+ under 18 must be accompanied by an adult, all materials provided)
This fun, in-person class will provide participants with a chance to make several small fused glass items, such as: pendants & earrings!
No experience needed, and your pieces will be ready to take home with you at the end of the workshop!
About the Instructor:
Lauren McGovern is a teacher at North Country School, a boarding and day school for students in grades 4-9, in Lake Placid where the arts are revered. She has her own jewelry business, called Beads from the Barn, featuring fused glass and metal clay designs. Her work is found at the Jay (NY) Craft Center and the LPCA's Gallery46 on Main Street in Lake Placid.
