May exercise all powers of the board in the management of the business and affairs of the corporation, unless otherwise restricted; this committee sets overall policy and builds strategic objectives. - 2020-2021 Audit Committee
Oversee the accounting and financial reporting processes, manage the audit process, select independent auditor, review audit report and present to the Board

2020-2021 Facilities Committee.
Oversee the physical facility, maintenance and capital improvement projects; participate in resident housing recommendations. - 2020-2021 Finance Committee
Establish and oversee policies that ensure the fiscal integrity of the corporation; Prepare annual budget, monitor that adequate funds are available for approved operations; insure federal and state reports take place. The Finance Committee will designate an Investment Subcommittee that will recommend Investment policy for board approval, track investments managed by outside resources; review and recommend any investment options. - 2020-2021 Funding Committee
Develop strategies for revenue sources and monitor effectiveness in insuring the financial stability of the corporation. This may include, but is not limited to the identification, evaluation and recommendation of revenue opportunities for active and deferred donors, sponsors, grants, and fund-raising events.

Oversee and manage the needs of the corporation in regards to board recruitment and development, leadership development; shall review and update all policies of the corporate for regulatory compliance and the changing needs of the organization. - 2020-2021 Programs Committee
Monitor the overall mix of programming to ensure that the purpose of the organization and patron expectations are being met. This may include, but not limited to, performance and visual arts programs, workshops and educational programs, competitive intelligence, community and patron feedback, and marketing strategies.
