LPCA HOUSE POLICIES:

The LPCA no longer reserves tickets on a good faith basis. Tickets may be purchased over the phone with payment by MasterCard or Visa credit/debit card. Cash and personal checks made out to LPCA are accepted at the Box Office. $25 charge on returned checks.

There are no refunds. If you are unable to use a ticket, a voucher for a future show in the same season, less a $3/ticket handling charge, can be issued when the LPCA is notified 36 hours prior to the curtain time of the purchased ticket.

For specific shows, discounts are offered to Senior Citizens 62 years and older, and students with valid id. Discounts are available on group ticket sales of 20 or more. Toddlers up to 24 months do not need tickets if seated on your lap.

All aisles must be kept clear – strollers & carriers should be left in the lobby. Wheelchair seating can be reserved. Personal hearing assistance system available in theater. Theater is air-conditioned.

No cameras, recording or video equipment permitted in the theater.

LPCA reserves the right to add folding chairs at the front of the theater for all programs.
