One World - One Week - One Festival
The 2010 Manhattan Short will be held in over 200 cities spanning 6 continents.
The Manhattan Shorts mission is to unite audiences from all seven continents of the globe for one week via the most compelling short films submitted each year.
MANHATTAN SHORT is not only the world's largest short film festival, it is the world's first global film festival, with over 200 cities taking part in this event this week alone. With past Finalists going on to be nominated and a few of note nabbing Oscars in the short film category, this is a unique opportunity for film buffs to get a glimpse of the future filmmakers and story tellers of tomorrow.
For up-and-coming filmmakers what greater test for your film is there than to be judged in cinemas by YOU - a global audience?

Come to the lab, and see what's on the slab! This notorious horror parody -- a fast-paced potpourri of camp, sci-fi and rock 'n' roll, among other things -- tracks the exploits of naïve couple Brad and Janet (Barry Bostwick & Susan Sarandon) after they stumble across the lair of transvestite vampire Dr. Frank-N-Furter (Tim Curry).
Do you have a skiing or snowboarding problem? Do you always have to take "just one more" run? Do you sneak around your partner to get your powder fix? Can you ride your local hill with your eyes closed? Backward? If you have answered "yes" to any of these questions...it may be time for a Wintervention.
Join host, Jonny Moseley, as he explores the challenges of the snow-dicted & gets you the help you need from boards-certified riders & the most trusted names in ripping -- people like Chris Davenport, JJ Thomas, Lindsey Vonn, and Hugo Harrison.
