Ticket Policy: Tickets may be purchased over the phone with payment by MasterCard or Visa credit/debit card and will be held for pickup at the LPCA Box Office until showtime. Cash and personal checks made out to LPCA are accepted at the Box Office. There is a $25 charge on returned checks.

Refunds: There are no refunds. If you are unable to use a ticket, a voucher for a future show in the same season, less a $3/ticket handling charge, can be issued when the LPCA is notified 36 hours prior to the curtain time of the purchased ticket.

Special Discounts: For specific shows, discounts are offered to Senior Citizens 62 years and older, students with valid id, and pre-paid groups of 20 or more.

Accessibility: All aisles must be kept clear – strollers & carriers should be left in the lobby. Wheelchair seating can be reserved. Personal hearing assistance system available in theater.

Electronic & Recording Devices: No cameras, recording or video equipment permitted in the theater. All cell phones & pagers must be turned to silent during performances.
